It was a game on my list, finished it today. What a great game. I enjoyed the narrative, the environmental exploration and the "putting it all together" at the end

My favorite event in the game was accidentally destroying the fabric of spacetime

The main theme with all the instruments makes me emotional

One of my all time favorite games. Blends all of its mechanics together well.

i bought it on epic game store but i should have bought it on steam instead for the achievements. i just didnt want to wait like a year for it to come out on steam. i really enjoyed the game tho

a similar game to outer wilds is The Painscreek Killings except this game takes place in a small town (pretty open tho) and is a murder mystery

No but I'm considering buying the game and dlc to support the dev since anything leaving game pass gets put on sale

I definitely recommend the DLC. It's pretty cool, gives a unique enough experience from the main campaign, and almost feels like it's own new game at times while retaining the main exploration mechanics of the main game.

There are tons of good games. The biggest problem with gamepass though is that they only give a 15 day warning before games go away. It basically encourages you to never play long games (unless you have no life) since you never know when they will leave. The only exception is for new games, since I think every game has at least stayed on Gamepass for a one year minimum.

I enjoyed immensely, ending was a little wacky but for $5 it was tremendous value

The story of the game really stayed with me for ages. But the controls f***ing sucked. I know they are supposed to be realistic but they really ruined the game for me.
