Thor should be as well. Dr strange would need to cast some spell before he gets lasered, so this may be a wash

I think he beats iron man, cap america, spiderman. Maybe cap takes him if mjolnir is around.

Not sure if he can hurt vibranium but I think he should beat any panther

So spiderman I guess

Im not convinced that hes the strongest but hes much, much more powerful than Hulk in the MCU. In the comics its not always the case, but everything in the MCU points that him being far superior.

True, but his sister is insanely powerful and Hulk was never shown as being anywhere near her power level in the MCU so thats not really any sort of refutation of what I said.

Thor isnt beating captain marvel, or wanda especially her most recent form. It seems in age of ultron they were all worried about vision, i think vision takes him

Vision perhaps? he's supposed to be very strong but yet he doesn't look durable despite made from vibranium.

I mean is Homelander even capable of cutting Ultron's true self off from the internet? They'd have to legitimately fight until the entire earth is destroyed

I dont know if homelander can even do anything against vibranium. The only villain capable of breaking through vibranium was thanos

As much as I love muh boi Spider-Man, unless he has the Power Cosmic, he's getting bodied by Homelander.

He has the powers of superman. Flight at fast speeds, super strength, impervious to comventional human weaponary, eye lasers.

I guess spidey is the sticky point for people. I think homelander takes spiderman just by being able to fly and homelander being more durable (homelander is unphased by bullets but spiderman can be killed by them)

It gets tricky, Im with you. I did interpret it as though homelander isnt much of a hand to hand combatant. If spidey could get him into a tight fist fight, he has a chance. Maeve looked like she was going to win against homelander

He's a fairly low power level for a Superman-like character. Obviously Hawkeye and Black Widow would be toast. Black Panther, Cap, and Winter Soldier probably don't have the strength to win. Spider-Man has a decent chance. Doctor Strange could easily magic Homelander's dumb ass into an unwinnable situation. Any of the high-tier strength characters like Hulk, Thor, and Vision could wreck him. Iron Man most likely can, if he's got one of his nanotech suits.

I don't see how Spider-Man would have any chance against him, tbh. I don't know that much about Homelander, though, but even a weaker version of Superman trumps Spider-Man by about a million

Black panther is the weird one here. Aside from thanos, we haven't seen anyone else really do much to vibranium. So panther may win this

Homelander said hes flown into space and he flys really fast. Spiderman isnt catching him and homelander should have no issues with those webs. Also spider sense isnt ultra instinct

That's what I'm confused about. From what I've seen, only the first season, Homelander is right up there near Superman powers. Like, even the most powerful version of Spidey can't stand up to someone that's close in powerlevel to Superman. Have you f'n seen his rogue gallery? Spider-Man is a Street Level hero

Tony even made a remark about a "vibranium cocktail" when he encountered Ultron's final form. So even if he wasn't 100% vibranium, he definitely had vibranium parts.

Are you talking about his own nuke? Because if so idk if you can really count that since his nuke doesn't seem to hurt him at all the same way it does to his victims.

It's funny to think that Black Panther can just beat Homelander handily. We don't really know the extent of Vibranium's durability, but the moment Homelander gets in his range at all, it's just over isn't it? Not to mention we never really go through Black Panther power up after the 1st movie, where it felt like the beginning of a ramp up (he had a good developmental team and infinite resources). It feels like he'd just straight up be able to deflect Homelander's beams.

Even Captain America can beat Homelander. Just needs to hunker down and disable Homelander by deflecting his lasers

Honestly Homelander's biggest weakness is that his only threatening feature against most actual heroes is just the laser beam. He can fly I guess, but so can a lot of heroes.

Also the thing that probably exposes Homelander the most is that he botched an easy plane mission. It was an even bigger disaster in the comics. It's clear he's not able to fly fast enough to quickly catch up to a plane. He wasn't even fast enough to save all the passengers lol

Ironman straight up survived blasts from the power stone and the meteorites from space stone or smth, no way Homelander is burning off enough nanomachines to kill him.

I think it's closer than you think between them, at least.

Stan Lee said it best: whoever is writing the story will find a way for the hero they want to win to win.

I dont care what anyone else is saying. My answer is Hulk.

The rest are either to strong, or to smart. Hulk is going to be a challange, sure. But I think Homelander being the coward he is would eventually just hurl him into the sun.

Not the hulk at all. Maeve was on the verge of ending him with her fists. hulk could one shot him

Then yeah as someone mentioned it Thor can tank a star in IW then he could probably take Homelander. Hulk probably takes him. Captain Marvel.
