Also Colt McCoy and the billion other Cardinals that got hurt last week are out so if Tampa can't beat Trace McSorley and a bunch of backups that's pretty much rock bottom.

I mean, the AFC is loaded with QBs and that was known coming into the season.

it is funny the AFC is loaded with first round QBs that have paid off (and Zach Wilson) while the only 'good' first rounder in the NFC this year is Goff. rest of the top QBs are second round or later

It's like the guy who was a nothing QB at a barely relevant school who got one year to look good against one of the softest schedules in the country isn't actually good.

This was the most obvious bust in the draft in a long time.. So of course the Jets picked him.

Probably not (although with how many QBs opt out of the Pro Bowl, they might get to him...!), but it's still a cool story for him.

I have come to the conclusion that the Jets... Actually can lose this game and potentially be ok.

The Dolphins would have to lose to the Packers or Pats
The Pats would have to lose to the Bengals and Bills
The Raiders would have to lose any game (and look at that schedule)

Number two and three are probably happening. Steelers could win out and go 9-8... But Jets have the head to head. Likewise, the Titans can be 9-8 but they'd also lose in a tiebreaker. The Jets win any tiebreaker between these teams.

BAL tie + NE tie + NYJ tie + MIA loss + LAC win

That's a Baltimore clinching scenario!

You shouldn't be surprised as this is the same "He'll be back next week!" thing they did last year, and he never came back then.

I'm torn on this game tonight because I feel the Jags are ripe to have a similar implosion that they did against the Lions but do I really want to bet on Zach Wilson

It really is glaring how bad the dropoff without Breece Hall is. He was the glue that made a bad offense function.

They're 2-5 since his injury. They scored 24 or more points in 4 of the 5 games preceding his injury. They have just one such game since, and it came against the Bears.
