I've never been a legs-day guy, but back when I took legs day seriously, I was only able to squat 135 as a 145-pound guy (and I found that to be extremely difficult).

At the time, I had a female friend (100 pounds) who went to the gym with me and she could squat 160 without a sweat. So embarrassing.

The quads are some of the strongest muscles in the human body m8. Lower body muscles are much stronger than upper body muscles in general.
