Woke up this morning feeling like I was hit by a bus. Throbbing headache, cough, extreme muscle soreness, shivers, and cloudy head.

Took 2 tests earlier, both of which came out positive.

Those of you who got COVID, how long did you quarantine for? How were the symptoms?

Never had COVID, doubt I ever will. I have the body of a deity.

Drink as much water as you can bro

Vitamin C, D and Zinc will help a lot (*Especially D if you are low no one ever checks for it its like the SPR stat in FF8)

Whyd you take 2? If it was positive, it was positive.

Tylenol helped me a lot even though it usually doesnt do much for me.

Still never had it that I'm aware of. Although we just opened a new taproot with large capacity and I got sick for the first time in years, so I feel it's coming.

I never had it, but my girlfriend did. which is odd since we were both at the event where she and some of her other family members got it, and we were hanging out for a few hours the day before she tested positive.

I had it, but it was just mild flu-like symptoms. Diagnosed on the fifth day and was prescribed paxlovid, but it was on its way out by then. The worst days were the two days I woke up with a fucked up throat, and the strep throat test I was given the day of my diagnosis due to my sensitive gag reflex.

You might have had a stronger immune system than your gf and it was able to stop it before it infected you.

july 10th this year i gotten sick. cold-like symptoms but was vaccinated previously which might've lessened the severity. on the tail end i got loss of taste/smell and gained that back after 5 days.

lasting mark was the impotence that covid dealt. i cant get it up anymore even with porn.

only good thing was not getting sick on my birthday.

If I had it, I was asymptomatic, but no one around me got sick either, so I doubt that I did

Caught the delta variant that bed rid me for over a week. With all your symptoms cranked up to 11. And to much pain to do anything but just lie in bed up right so not to trigger my severe coughs that hurt like hell and increased my difficulty breathing.

Wow. Has your doctor been able to give you any hope that your symptoms might go away?

I was off work for about a week. Symptoms were relatively mild. Got hot and cold rapidly. Coughed some. I was mostly just easily exhausted. I was over a majority of the symptoms in a few days, but the tiredness took about 2 weeks to fully return to normal.

AFAIK I havent had it. But its inevitable

I had it back in March. I was lucky to only have a moderate sore throat for a couple days. Little fatigue maybe.

I'd be amazed if I never had. Pretty sure I have but was asymptomatic. I had 3 coworkers whom I work pretty closely with get it a combined 7 times but I was never sick.

Still haven't had a confirmed case.

Had it twice, back in 2020 and then again a few months ago. First time was awful, this last time wasn't too bad. Got prescribed some medicine but I forgot what it was called. I quarantined in a hotel for a week each time so I wouldn't get my family sick.

doctor visit doesn't seem like a valid option, i have zero chance of getting a women in this lifetime unless i paid for an escort/prostitute/women of the night.

Aaaaaand now I can't taste or smell. Took a home test and it was negative. I dunno....

Home tests are notorious for false positives and false negatives, so testing twice would be a way to confirm.

I got it during New Years 2021-22. It felt like a cold, which admittedly was still a little foreign since I hadn't been sick at all for a while. Did not feel horrible like you sound like. I just tried to sleep as much as possible and hydrate, like any other cold/flu.

You should trust a false positive more than a false negative though.
