3 days off every week (I pick Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off; it can be any days since we have Flex Time) = 156 days.
12 holidays.
20 paid time off days. (Can carry over 2x; I have the maximum 40 days banked and always carry over max)
5 family sick days (can carry over unlimited; I think I have around 12 days banked), unlimited personal sick days.

193 total days off.

This is part of the reason Ill be loyal to my employer (which some people couldnt fathom in my older topic where I asked if I should stay at my current role or move on to a different role, under the same company). While pay is less than industry average (7 years of experience but just barely making over $100k), benefits are incredible.

In addition to the fantastic work life balance (with rare OT (which are paid at 1x) and lots of time off as noted in the OP, and even 1 month paternity and 3 month maternity leaves), we get a 401k with 9% match, a pension, free high deductible health insurance (you can pay more for the lower deductible one), and bunch of other insurances for free (like life insurance, disability insurance, etc.).

I enjoy my job and am thankful to my employer.

*EDIT* Forgot that telework is even an option. I choose very rarely to telework though, since I actually enjoy going into the office: We get subsidized breakfast and lunch there from the cafeteria ($1 for breakfast, $2 for lunch); plus if Im in the office, I can keep my AC/heat off at home, so I save money being at work lol.

I enjoy my job and am thankful to my employer. Hell, they even allow telework as an option. I choose very rarely to telework though, since I actually enjoy going into the office: We get subsidized breakfast and lunch there from the cafeteria ($1 for breakfast, $2 for lunch); plus if Im in the office, I can keep my AC/heat off at home, so I save money being at work lol.

Between weekends, vacation/sick days and stat holidays I get 180 days.

Working 4 day weeks makes a huge difference.
