My Whole Foods used to sell chicken-standard eggs, and I think they had turkey eggs once. I snapped a few up and they were really good. But I really miss the sheer spectacle of the ostrich and emu eggs. Nowadays, the only non-chicken eggs we carry are duck eggs (which are great). --- I'm Queen of Tomorrow baby!
