I was thinking about this the last couple days... I'm pretty sure I've never eaten turkey eggs.

I just thought it interesting that turkey's are so ubiquitous and popular to eat, but I've never seen their eggs on sale before.

Doing some research suggests they just don't make enough eggs go make it worth it for most farmers to raise them for egg production, but I am curious how they taste.

Turkeys don't lay eggs, they reproduce via fission.

They're delicious, but difficult to buy is the takeaway from the above -- thus why not many people have tried them.

My Whole Foods used to sell chicken-standard eggs, and I think they had turkey eggs once. I snapped a few up and they were really good.

But I really miss the sheer spectacle of the ostrich and emu eggs. Nowadays, the only non-chicken eggs we carry are duck eggs (which are great).

Quail eggs are good, but a little hard to work with.

Turkey is definitely not ubiquitous... that's reserved for chicken. But I do want to try all the non-standard chicken eggs like turkey or duck eggs. All those different types of poultry just for the heck of it

Turkey as a staple meat source is ubiquitous, IMO. You can get it at all grocery stores.
