long story short, I'm using a FODE mic stand, which is absolute garbage. The clamp isn't wide enough to attach to my table, the damn thing can't support my at2020 microphone and keeps falling down.

I would like to get a RODE mic stand, but apparently they don't make tall stands, only desk clamps. While that would work for my house, I'm staying at my parents for the next couple months to sort out medical issues, so I want to be able to use my mic without it lying flat on my table.

My absolute maximum would be 120 USD/162 CAD. I've had this stand for 5 years now and while I managed to make it work at home through work arounds, it won't work here.

If you're just keeping it stationary I would just buy a mic stand with a telescopic boom from a music store. Just make sure the mount fits your mic, most have replaceable mounts. You can buy one for less than $50. Don't buy a RODE mic stand lol

I don't know the dimensions of your specific mic but you can buy the mounts online for like $5.

OnStage stand. It's usually like 15-30 USD depending on shipping.
