What is the WORST Slay the Spire class?




I'm currently on A7 for Silent and Ironclad, A5 for Watcher and Defect.

I dislike Defect the most.

Silent, easily. Defect is a weird choice for worst, I think it is the best, certainly my favorite.

In terms of how much I like playing them

1) Watcher
2) Silent
3) Ironclad
4) Defect

Defect is the only one where I feel like I need to get most lucky with card drops to win. But maybe I just don't get how he's supposed to be played

At high ascension, the only viable way to play defect is claw deck.

I sucked at the game and only got to like A4 or A5, but I struggled most with Defect iirc. Watcher was just super OP when I got good cards, and Silent was almost as OP at first level but seemed to slowly be getting worse as I ascended higher.

Maybe Defect, even though it's my favorite. It's so gimmicky, which is really fun, but you gotta get lucky with a cohesive deck, and as soon as you start making one build, the game will inevitably start restricting your options to cards for a completely different build.

Meanwhile, Ironclad is my least favorite even though he's the only one I've beaten the fourth boss with.

I think statistically Silent is the worst and Watcher is the best. But personally, I've beaten A20 with Ironclad, Silent, and Defect and I'm only on 13 with Watcher because I like it the least. My favorite is a debate between Silent and Defect, but I think Silent might take it, but barely.

I like all of the classes, but I guess if I had to pick a least favorite, watcher.

Silent's my favorite.

I'm inclined to pick Silent or Defect since I'm pretty sure I have the worst win rates with them. Even though Silent is also my favorite class.
