I truly like being in a relationship, but I truly like being single at the same time. I feel relief when I'm alone to do whatever I want, but then miss my partner. Then I feel happy when with partner, but yearn to be left alone.

I know the advise is to have space in a relationship, but it's still not enough. I just want to split myself into too.

Set the parameters of your own relationship when you get into one and see if they're cool with it, if not, talk about it. Don't get stressed by norms if avoidable.

If you just want to be split in 2, I got a friend you can talk to tho.

I really do feel that my fiance and I are perfect in this regard. We live together but we easily spend 3/4 of the time doing our own thing. It makes the time we do spend together that much better
