Grimrock is an actual dungeon crawler as opposed to a mystery dungeon, and Dungeons of Dredmor is a rouge-like. Both are generally really solid if you are into that kind of thing. Its a really unique game, and is meant to be a throwback to retro rpgs where you would have to draw out the map your self on grid paper. Surprisingly enough they have a hardcore toggle where you can do this if you want. The game has hidden switches and pressure plates that can open a secret room or trigger a trap. Pure dungeon crawlers are very much a vibe you have to be into to get enjoyment with the genre, but if you're into it there aren't really a whole lot of modern ones that come close to Grimrock.
