Brute forcing is the only natural thing, shields are there for pure cosmetics. Parrying is the dumbest way to fight a guardian when a simple arrow to the eye would stagger then you can run up and do anything. Uh oh is the stagger over? Time to stasis it, run around it to disorient it and start hacking legs off. And theres also a whole bullet time thing. Lank is too powerful in this one.

Why bother with any mechanics when you can be a stealth archer and kill everything in 1 hit from a distance without ever being seen? Or, kill something thats intended for players with 70 hours more progress than you by shooting 200 arrows into it without being detected

although i did use fingerprint shield on a playthrough in er and blocked through malenia's anime bullshit attack
