This is why it's pointless to have a discussion with cop defenders, they will defend even with video evidence such as this but they will twist and pivot and always blame the victim and paint them as a criminal. They thin is they will cry foul if it happened to them (see Jan 6th and when white people get killed by police)

As someone who rides motorcycles the rider is entirely to blame for this. He was speeding around like a jackass, generally riding like an idiot, and failed to do even the most basic defensive riding. He's a damned fool and he is lucky he walked away. This is why experienced riders tell idiots like him not to ride like that.

No, bikes stop on a dime. The guy failed to do basic defensive riding, which is assessing risk zones (areas where you might be at high risk for a collision) and adjusting your speed and following distance. That and he should have moved to a different lane, or simply kept caution. I mean there's a ton of things he should or could have done that he didn't do.

Both are bad drivers.
