Additionally, some jobs just don't let you get proper exercise, so that's fine too. Like, my surgeon friend is constantly on 24 hour call pulls some 12+ hour ops regularly. Dunno when he sleeps.

I used to run all the time up through college, up to 70 miles/week. I hardly exercise anymore and I havent seen a change in any of this.
