I think it's simple now. He bought twitter to fire the management he hated for woke modding his tweets. "Muh freedom of speech." He wanted control over the woke mind virus he complains about on twitter. He tried to get it for cheaper when the market crashed but couldn't. He's trying to purge twitter staff of woke virus people and replace them with weird nerds that defend Musk.
