I was 6lbs lighter 2 days ago. Yet when I go on my scale today, it seems I gained the weight back. What went wrong? --- I'm trying to explain a movie made for kids to an adult. Weight can fluctuate wildly (relatively speaking) from day to day. The 6 pounds was likely water weight and as such you likely put some of that back on.
