I just saw a video of a car getting robbed and people saying it was in a Raising Cane's parking lot which is near me. Just wondering if it's any good or not and also if its good what are the best things to get there?

It's ok. Their chicken is mid but the sauce is good. Golden Chick is better.

Chicken is plain, toast is the best thing on the menu.

Ask for everything crispy and ask for their secret honey mustard sauce and butter both sides of the toast.

I used to eat there like once a week back in college. I'd just get the basic combo meal. It was a decent amount of food for the price, and I personally liked it better than Zaxby's which was the other chicken place nearby. But that was well over a decade ago.

It's great. Tasty chicken tenders, well seasoned fries and damn good toast. Chicken Tenders is all they make though. Even the sandwich is made with chicken tenders, not a patty lol.

There's pretty much only one thing to get: a basket of 3, 4 or 6 chicken fingers. It comes with crinkle fries, a small cup of coleslaw, a slice of Texas toast, and either soda or lemonade, and sauce. The 6 piece (Caniac) has a bigger drink and 2 cups of sauce but otherwise is mostly the same. The coleslaw and toast are interchangeable and you can ask for 2 of one or the other instead of 1 of each.

Another big thing is that to-go orders are put in a styrofoam box that ruins the fries' texture fairly quickly due to holding in the steam, so dine in is the best experience. If you insist on a to-go, open the box in your car to let the steam out and mitigate the effect on the fries (or just live with the soggy fries)

According to a friend of mine, you can also replace the coleslaw with more fries. I haven't tried it personally, but I see no reason for her to lie about it.

Fries are meh, but the chicken, coleslaw, and canes sauce is 10/10

It's better than KFC but worse than Popeyes

Nah. It's an exceptionally lame place with only one thing on the menu and it's mediocre chicken at that.

Its overpriced chicken tendies. You can buy frozen ones from the grocery store and they wont be much different.

Heard of it but never saw one before, we have like KFC, Popeyes and Zaxbys here, with other local places.

They leased a location in Indiana that it turns out they can't use because McDonald's had a contract that no one else can sell chicken.

What kind of frozen tendies do you buy? My picky little ball of energy would rather have McDonald's than my frozen nuggets/tenders. Now I'm tempted to give him Cane's to see if he likes their tenders (I love them).

Raising Cane's is terrible. If you want good chicken, go to Popeye's or Chick-Fil-A.

Eh... as far as tenders go, I think Cane's has both of those beat. For Bone-in Chicken though, then yeah Popeyes is probably the best national chain

This is accurate. I don't know anyone who actually gets the coleslaw honestly.

I dont buy frozen ones. I make them at home with panko breadcrumbs. I dont make frozen fries either. I cut potatoes and fry them in my oven on the convection setting. My kid goes bonkers for my fries.

Weirdly enough this. This is what I was literally thinking the first time I ate from them.

Its weird that they're so successful when they literally have just chicken tenders. Even kfc branched out considerably

What's wrong with Oreida? Also, a cheap bag of frozen crinkle cut fries goes VERY far. Banquet is whatever, but there are other options that are undoubtedly better.

I found out a few years ago that you can buy a large cup of Raising Cane's sauce and store it in your fridge, for the price of the cup itself.
