it's been sittin in the freezer fer a while, looks like. got a few blocks of it

i could put them in the oven with butter and maybe some cajun seasoning or some such, some lemon. but i dunno, that feels so overdone. i wanna make it sing, yk?

also gonna buy some broccoli and potatoes cuz why not

Its easy. Eggsauce is a bechamel with boiled egg, some fish stock, I added lemon and fish sauce cuz I didnt have fish stock, you can add some dill or parsley, and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg is great. Black or white peppercorn both work, I prefer black pepper for fish.
