The victim was accused of acting suspicious in front of his own home. Cop searched his pockets, then grabbed his wrists. At this point, victim backs up. Cop pulls out taser and then victim is complying but cop tases him on head anyway. A year later, cop is finally in trouble. Might be getting fired and arrested
