https://youtu.be/Pg-rWvuNvqE After a car accident, a victim got out of their car and was nearby waiting for a tow truck. 2 cops roll up. A power pole had been hit and was now collapsing and making noise. 1 cop understood it was a pole and fled. His partner heard the crashing noise and thought it was gunfire. He shoots madly into the empty car from the accident AND tries to shoot the victim standing nearby. Luckily the victim was not hit. Later it was decided that this shooting was justified by the department. Apparently the rule is that a cop can shoot as long as in that exact moment, they think they are being attacked ...
