One of the fun holdovers I retained from youth is marching out on frozen lakes. It creates somewhat of an Artic expedition feeling, particularly while traversing over a fresh snow. While looking at a jeep tarp, an idea came to me. Have a sled which people can drag along which perfectly fits basic tools/tarps. The sled would split apart then serve as a basin for the tarp fort. I am not really a fishing person, but I feel like have a quickly accessed ice house would be awesome. I suppose the biggest difficulty for ice fishing would be creating a hole without heavier equipment.

Saw a YT'er use one in Ontario. I guess it could be specifically for Jeeps, but good luck in the aftermarket world.
