All articles that get sent out for review get published, but the reviews get posted. Some reasonable backlash about editors (who decide which things get sent out for review) now being the sole gatekeepers rather than in addition to reviewers. But i think that's kinda minor, and the entire point is to devalue the idea of "being published". Seems like a step in the right direction.
