I like the house a lot. It's super duper competitive as people were lining out the ass with their own realtors to come check out the house and I'm sure there were people there to check it out without a realtor either. People are still going to check the house until end of day Sunday and seller will accept the best offer on Monday and let everyone know. I have a feeling I'm not getting it so I'm not holding my breath. You just can't compete with old couples whose been saving for over 30 years.
