Many people take showers in the morning.

To me, it makes more sense to take showers at night. That's when you need to get clean after sweating all day.

Helps wake me up and get me moving in the morning. Washing my hair also gets rid of the bed head, leaving my hair relaxed and far more easily styled. This makes getting ready easier too.

The time you shower roughly correlates to your (perceived) socioeconomic class.

You have a fancy office job where you need to look very neat during the day? You shower in the morning to prepare for that.

You have a physically demanding manual labor job where you sweat and get dirty during the day? You shower in the evening to clean that off.

Please note I said "perceived." I know plenty of white collar workers who make significantly less than blue collar workers.

I take showers in the morning because after sleeping all night I always wake up with my hair messed up so bad that combing it doesnt fix it. Even when I shower at night and wake up in the morning my hair is a little oily and so is my face. When I shower in the mornings I smell nice, feel refreshed, and look good for the people I interact with.

i don't understand the logic of people who enjoy bringing home a million+ new friends you've managed to pick up throughout the day into your bed(which eventually accumulates into billion+), and then proceed to roll around with them unconsciously for several hours and only then proceed to wash them off at a point where it literally couldn't matter less.

Once to wake myself up in the morning. And I do BJJ so I shower before and after that. I dont use soap everytime. If I'm not training then I'll just take one shower a day usually. If I take a nap though I also shower to wake myself up.
