Agree or disagree?

Don't even bother trying to debate. Autumn is easily the best season.

It has two names because it can't fucking decide whether it wants to be hot or cold

I like Winter best. I don't think we get Autumn here.

Summer is best overall but late spring and early fall are really good too.

Winter influence just kills those two seasons tho

Yeah this

summer is the only season with reliably decent weather where I live

I agree, Fall here in California is the best of both worlds imo.

If humidity is high, I can't even stand 60-65 degrees F. Walking back from the grocery store after dark carrying a significant but not excessive amount of weight in high humidity last week had me pouring sweat and very uncomfortable. Temperature was 55.

If I had the option to spend every summer in a medically induced coma, the only thing that would give me pause would be the prospect of muscle atrophy.

I also prefer the sunrise/sunset times this time of year (and parallel in spring). Not getting dark until 9pm is bullshit (but conversely getting dark at like 4:30 in winter isn't great either)

tc is correct.

This is just a subconscious remnant of school mind. Since we spent years of our childhoods and parts of adulthood connecting summer to free time, some of us still think it's the best for that reason alone.

As adults, we're realized that summer is just a thousand humid degrees riddled with wasps, sweat, and sunburn.

It's awful. Even in literal Wisconsin.

Fall is easily the best.

Summer is horrific bullshit that now lasts 5 fucking months. Spring would be nice if not for pollen killing my sinuses. Winter is okay except for when a storm knocks out the power, then it's awful.

Fall is generally awesome, but I want it as cold as possible. Winter and then fall in a close 2nd.
