So many fucking characters introduced so fucking fast. Like, I was just getting to know Ichigo and his school mates and then all of a sudden BAM! they introduce the Soul Society arc bringing all of the captains and their lieutenants, that's over 26 characters newly introduced. And then after SS Arc they start the Arrancar arc which introduces the Visors and all of the Espadas and their lieutenants and by now I can't keep up anymore.

Here are the only characters I know:
Ichigo
Orahime
Ishida
Chad
Rukia
Renji
Aizen
Flower sword captain
Ice boy captain
Old man head captain
Captain that uses two swords
Other captain that uses two swords and has silver hair

You would not enjoy the new arc that started airing. There's like another 40 new people showing up.

I've been known this and unfortunately I'm use to it by now. I mean introducing a ton a characters is a very Shonen thing but Bleach takes it to the next fucking level, holy shit.

Viewers: Okay, Kubo, that's enough characters.
Kubo: But OUTFITS!

The only characters that ever matter are Ichigo and whoever the main villain is

You can do what I do and just care for Yamamoto because he's a fucking badass. Security? I'm THE SECURITY! Also the dark skin mentor because.. reasons.

Yeah, Kubo is definitely a "oh this would be cool" kind of writer. Not as bad as someone like Araki, but he definitely comes up with set pieces he wants to use without an actual plan for using them.
