It is. I'm saying that that compounds how bad and serious the situation is. A streamer was potentially crippled because of Amazon's greed, and they won't lift a finger to help her.

Does that pit only have a single layer of foam blocks? She didn't even sink in when she landed.

A lot of people on Twitter saying she shouldn't have jumped in like that and you're only supposed to be "knocked over".

If you watch the link I posted you would see that. Most of the foam only went up to her knee when she walked through it.

Yeah that is not up to safety regulations at all. Foam pits are supposed to be way deeper than that along with a cushioned floor.

And either way, the other girl that got knocked into the pit also said she felt a jolt when she landed and had back pain for the past couple days. If you can get that kind of injury from just falling softly into the pit then...it just seems like clear negligence that "signing waivers" won't even work.

They are correct in saying she was supposed to be knocked in instead of jumping in.

They clearly didnt set this up with the intent that people would jump up and crack concrete with their tailbone.

I still place the blame on Twitch for it not Adriana but she really shouldnt have jumped like that.
