The last few episodes were brutal to watch. I'm glad there was somewhat of a resolution with the characters in the end. Ai's performance was so good!

Her and Nana Komatsu were huge rising actresses back in 2016 but unlike Nana, Ai kind of missed the train and fell into obscurity for a few years, taking the backseat for maybe health reasons? Nana got a lot of huge roles and became massive in the industry.

But I'm glad Ai has come back for the last few years. Seen her being casted in many more shows and movies again!

Watching a really cute show called "Kanojo wa Kirei datta" (She was pretty) starring Fuka Koshiba. This is the first time I'm watching one of her shows and she is the main lead. Before this I've only known her through her Gravure material. She's insanely pretty and she seems to be doing a fantastic job in this show! Onto Episode 3!

Just finished watching The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House.

Holy crap I did not expect this show to be so wholesome. It was such a lovely watch, I got totally invested! Ai Hashimoto was freaking amazing as a Maiko. But Kiyo and Sumire (Nana Mori and Natsuki Deguchi) has to be the cutest friendship I have ever seen on a TV show! Every scene they had together was so incredibly wholesome! <3

Watched another Ai Hashimoto movie called Control Tower. Again, a sad one. Really liked how Kento Yamazaki was in this too.
