This is a solid question and I wish I could think of some off the top of my head but there's a bunch. I always had this habit of starting games over if I didn't play them for a short period of time so most games I've played the intro a LOT.

The Fallout games are coming to mind. Specifically Fallout 4. I want to play through again but I don't feel like doing all the shit up to where you rescue the guys from that building early in the game.

Funnily enough, I've played Mass Effect around 3-4 times and always got maybe 1/3-1/2 through it before I decided to play something else.

Like, I wouldnt mind giving Skyrim another try if it wasnt for that long ass intro. (Even there are mods that let you skip that part, theres a reason for them)

I don't know about never going back to them, but there are several games that I started playing and quit because of the intro, only to come back to it years later and falling in love with them.
