Gonna do a full playthrough and not sure which one to go with. Can romance either one as female V with mods/console commands so that doesn't impact decision

You can't romance panam as female V

Edit: that being said, I'm still going to side with Panam, primarily because the sniper you get through her quest line is the best in the game.

To be fair you can still do the sidequests chains without romancing.

I like Judy more on a relatable girl I actually would consider stance, and panam more on a really cool, hot chick stance.

I'd say just go with whatever the better outcome is, and whatever ending you want too.

I went with Fem V, so I romanced Judy.

she's cool (dat wetsuit).

you can still flirt with Panam, but she leaves you blue balled (or whatever equivalent you wanna use).

Isn't it weird romancing Judy given her plot line? Seems a little bit, I dunno, predatory? Maybe things change near the end, but I would have felt weird pulling moves on her.

Panam gets way more screen time, especially if you have the Aldecaldos help you assault Arasaka during the final mission.

Eh. You both lose people close to you. If anything, more finding solace with each other over your loss of Jackie/Evelyn. For the ending, Judy does make for a real bleak as fuck one if you chose the suicide option though. That call from her at the end tore me up.
