I find something like a goal of a "50/50" ratio to be unnecessary in most cases and a self-defeating constriction with others. Each individual human being is different; how much influence each would need to benefit would be just as relative. It's why many institutional campaigns to push equal exposure fail hard in their results. Contrary to what screeching radicals want everyone to believe, many people (women AND men) are already operating on a healthy medium of both influences.
