New order:
Special Master now only examining non classified documents (Dearie has already ruled there was no declassification done at any point) and completely rescinds order to halt investigation.

Because the 11th circuit only issued a stay and not a ruling there can be no appeal, and the DOJ is unlikely to appeal the new ruling, this means additional Trump appeals are basically dead.

Additionally, increased criticisms against a judge over time can lead to situations where they may be forcibly removed albeit rare for lifetime appointments. What I'm referring to is being caught in some corrupt scandals like those for profit youth prison schemes, or caught in an obvious case of corruption like if she got caught taking checks from a former president in exchange for clearing up some of his legal woes in an expensive and highly scrutinized game on display for the entire country.

True. I have more fingers on one hand than the amount of times it's happened.

The real reason she repealed this is so that Trump can't appeal the decision to the Supreme Court. I think she did her kiss-the-ring and decided it wasn't worth it.

maybe they just dump busywork cases on her if they dont like her somehow...idk how it works

Except it was unnecessary. He has no power over her. This was her not knowing was she was doing.

That post directed at gunplagirl is directly talking about Cannon so any and all circumstances are post-Trump GOP circumstances. Not sure why you're trying to talk about her being removed before she became a federal judge.

Because you said under any circumstances sorry for assuming you meant what you said I'll just assume every post you write from now on just reads "I'm right and you're wrong" because you're just going to post hoc edit definitions and context until you get to that result anyway.

It actually happens pretty often. Usually with more information is available that changes circumstances of the order.
