Example: I was watching Black Lagoon ages ago, and i was made fun of because of the wallpaper. And i think its the fact of. if a guy usually design a female character they tend to try to make them look cool "thats often the case" but ignoring the cliche female stereotype of "oooh what dress am i gonna wear" or anything that is feminine. From what i heard, is kinda what i have heard some females not being into. So obviously when designing a girl they usually just focus on cool stuff they can do often in a man's imagination of action, adventure etc. Maybe its the same way Final Fantasy 15 was made fun of by guys, because you are literally looking like a Boyband protagonist. And talking about the dress. Which i heard got a female audience, though not sure how many. Although i am unsure if that was for example the target audience for Totally Spies aswell, though i bet lots of guys watched that too when it was a thing in early 2000s. Though i am unsure how i feel of the hipster era of Game of Thrones, which is meant to be more the sex positive era itself and you know "50 Shades of Grey".. being the plot heh.
