I tend to be a very passive player early in games/tournaments, so I'd probably fold if it was early in the game. Let other people slowly lose their stacks.

I find a lot of people really like to limp with any two cards in cash game situations when players have healthy 100 big blind stacks. People also overcall too and you can get bloated multiway pots if someone puts in a moderate raise. Bluffs are fairly uncommon. If someone overbets all in, chances are they think they have the best hand.

In online tournaments, I am generally tight early on. Blinds are small relative to stacks, so you can afford to lose a few while the crappy players bust out with junk hands. I've seen someone go all in with Jack 4 off suit on the first hand, and someone with 8 9 called him. I find limping is also common when blinds are small relative to stacks. However once the blinds go up, the limping stops/ limping players have already busted.

My favorite Hellmuth meltdowns are the ones where Negreaneu isn't the one tilting him but is trolling him the whole time and making things worse and the announcers hype up the meltdown and count down to it, and they are often dead on, like "Phil's about to go off... in 3, 2, 1..." and then Hellmuth stands up and starts ranting.

Hellmuth is my favorite player. His meltdowns are always gold. I remember that outburst lol.

Hellmuth and Matusow meltdowns are half the fun.
