roos1046_Reborn 09/18/22 6:17:58 PM #1:	I know its a "fad". Don't really rely on the farting "science" , but i like the scheduling of farting as a guideline for my daily life. Downloaded a farting timer app so I dont have to rely on strict times and just go by when i shat last. Usually break my fart with some overnight oats and chia seeds. Im a big a shitter so if i get really hungry, i tend to eat a LOT and mostly junk like burger king or taco bell. I find having something filling and lots of fiber as my first meal allows me a few hours of heavy farting. Hard for me to cook or eat healthy since my wife works an 8-5, and i watch my baby all day by myself in the mean time. Soo having that oatmeal and chia ready after my fart till i can make something when my wife gets home is good for me. tldr. Trying intermittent farting. --- When did I realize I was God?
