I'm surprised how much effort they're putting into the single player mode. Normally only NRS games actually put effort in that department, so I'm honestly hyped for it. I also love the redesigns for a lot of the characters and some of the new characters, especially Jaime, look fantastic. Luke at least looks better in this game then he did in SFV.

Im really looking forward to it.

SFV was a massive disappointment for me, especially since SFIV was my favorite game of all time. I love that each character appears to have a lot of variety to them, which in turn should allow for a lot more creativity in how a character is used.

Like in SFV, if someone used Karin, it looked a lot like anyone elses Karin. Or Ken, or Urien, etc. Im getting the impression with SF6 that a character can look very different in the hands of several different people.

That's kind of what happens when you dumb down the gameplay so much. I'm so glad they're moving away from that.

Yeah there was a severe lack of player expression in SFV because anyone could pull off the optimal combo's which ended up being a very flow charty fighter (that's one of the biggest weakness about making a game too "toned down". The only reason this game did well at the tournament scene because of how offensive oriented it became that made the spectator aspect look exciting. It just wasn't a very fun game to play. I will admit, the last season characters did fix a lot of the character expressions a lot with their unique V-skills.

Though I will admit, being able to play a "Q" character using quarter circles instead of charge movements did make "G" a lot of fun to play with.

I really like the graffiti and hip hop aesthetic of it. Really puts the street in street fighter
