When I was a younger I just figured this was because he didn't have the rights or permission to use the actual Cosmopolitan title, but now that I'm older and more knowledgeable, I've learned that -pygian is a suffix meaning relating to the buttocks. For instance, callipygian means having a well-shaped or aesthetically pleasing butt, while steatopygian means have a very large fat butt.
