Reports or moderations? It sounds to me like they are doing their job, and nothing really to think about. I've had my disputes, and sometimes I feel they are being a little too strict and often inconsistent, but at least they're here. Too many trolls has made this site a bad forum at times and no wonder people go elsewhere.
