So about a month ago my HoA made me take my bike off of the balcony of my condo. Now I live in Arizona so during the summer I basically never open that sliding glass door. Too many freaking bugs.

I brought the bike in which result in me having the door open for some time. As a result a bunch of bugs flew in, but they were mainly flies, no cockroaches or anything, so I just killed them and went on with my day.

About a week later I noticed these meal worm looking larvae on the tile by my fireplace. I killed them whenever I saw them and sometimes my cats ate them I guess. Later on once an awhile I notice these really small black beetles on my walls, kitchen, sometimes the lamp in my living room. It's not like 100 of them I just kill probably one or two a day every day for the past few days. I have an exterminator coming but he can't come until the 17th. Am I stuck with these bugs in the mean time? Is a spraying of my condo really going to do anything? I hate bugs but idk what to do, I am worried if I spray myself the cats are going to get sick so I'd rather the professionals handle the situation.

Find out what they are eating. Learn about your enemy. Pics as-stated might help.

Sounds like black larder beetles.
Vacuum daily, seal and store all food, check your weather seals and screens in doors and windows.

If it gets bad, you'll need an exterminator.

Buy some toads and just let them loose in your place. Once the toads eat all the bugs they'll just die off then you can just chuck them in the trash easy peasy. It's so simple, almost nothing can go wrong.

I feel like my place is fairly clean but I think I will do a deep clean after work. I have pest control coming Eventually hopefully I can keep things under control until then. I guess they are harmless I just don't want to wake up one to to 100 of them lole
