Any point based martial art (tkd, karate) isnt super ideal for self defense because in a real fight the fight doesnt stop wjen you score a point. However its not totally useless because some tkd kicks are effective. --- Italian, French, German. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Any style, properly applied, is effective.
