I thought I was getting a cold but it turned out to be Covid. Symptoms were pretty mild, mostly nasal congestion. A bit of a headache, like you often get with congestion, and a wee bit of a sore throat, also like you get with congestion. But when I did a Covid test, BOOM, it started changing colors almost instantly. The bad part though is that according to my smartwatch, my VO2 max has gone from 44 ml/(kg*min), which is average for someone 25-30 years old, down to below 31, which is typical for someone 60-65.
