Find an actor who looks like a 50 or 60 year old Chris Evans and set the movie in the 1970s. Maybe even do something crazy with the character like have him become Nomad or Capwolf.

I think endgame cap is just a little too old to do anything physical.

I'm talking about a movie which takes place in the 1970s -- after he's gone back to his own time period. He would be past his prime, but still able to fight bad guys. It would be an opportunity to introduce villains or plot points that they weren't able to get to.

And if Cap is in his 50s, his appearance could be changed enough that it would be believable that he's no longer Chris Pratt.

*Evans

They have too many Chrises. That's probably part of the Marvel casting call. Looking for a handsome blue-eyed man named Chris.

There's no way Captain America is going to look older in his 50s.

He'd probably look like he's in his early 30s

Then set it in the 80s and give him a beard.

Wasn't the whole point of him doing his thing was to live out the life he missed, free of responsibility, as a "nobody"? Kinda undermines that.

90% of 80s action movies were, "You know I'm retired, right?"
