Budget cuts got me kicked out (and the website was already rebuilt), and got hired a private agency. Been there a decade, because I can hand-code a whole-ass custom website faster than anyone else could sloppily adapt a Wordpress theme and asstons of plugins to fit what the client actually wants. ... Nothing like for-profit monstrosities. Community colleges are actually the preferred option for just about any type of vocational/higher education option that doesnt revolve around a 4 year degree. You can take a couple classes just to explore interest in a subject or you can start progress towards a Bachelor's while saving money. There is a for profit university in Canada called Quest University. You can basically pursue anything you want to. We also have stuff like DeVry as well... Ah, well Quest is apparently not for profit, the distinction is that it's private... which is rare here --- Reason is primarily used to access experience.
