An OF model said she was sexually assaulted by a stranger inside a California supermarket but many online commentators are blaming her attention-seeking outfit for inciting the mans illegal behavior. Daisy Delacroix took to TikTok Wednesday sharing surveillance footage of the incident, which took place at the Redwood City store earlier in the day. This man walks up from behind, touches my butt and whispers in my ear Whats up baby? Delacroix wrote beneath the clip, which has clocked up more than 2 million views. I was in complete shock. I cant stress this enough, the model added. Please be aware of your surroundings.

While many were stunned by the video, several male commentators were less than sympathetic to Delacroix and took aim at her ensemble. Youre not at Golds Gym. Wear clothes and this wont happen, one sniped. Why would you wear that to go grocery shopping? another asked. She wants the attention. A third chimed in claiming Delacroix was asking for it, before an additional detractor declared: If she respect herself he will not touch her. I personally will never let my wife wear these kind of clothes. Meanwhile, several others took the opportunity to poke fun at Delacroix for her OF account. TikTok is great I use it daily and most of the time the comments are filled with positivity or comments reacting to negative comments which are no where to be seen (which I think are moderated).

Ok, those reasons are why I find it baffling. These are things you're taught as a kid so I don't understand why people believe it is ok to behave that way. Baffling. I don't find it frustrating because I don't have to deal with that kind of behaviour in life. Not sure why there is an attempt to undermine my sympathies for people that have to deal with this kind of behaviour.

Ive definitely seen girls wearing less than that to get groceries. Its not that weird. Especially when its been a hot ass summer in most places.

As someone who has worked with plenty of homeless men when I participated at Soup Kitchens, he does look and acts like he fits the bill of one.

Still, there's no defending this action. I go grocery shopping a lot and I find women wearing a little less than she does (because it's fucking hot right now), it still doesn't give you any right to sexually assault someone like that.

That's not even a provocative outfit. That's just gym attire. If you wouldn't feel up on someone at the squat rack you shouldn't do it at the grocery store either.
