I can hold conversations well with strangers, am good in fast paced work environments, and appreciate a well made drink.

Plus Im a normal, fairly attractive lookin dude. Can the tips really be that good to make bartending worth it? I need a part time job while Im in school and changing career paths. Wondering if bartending would be feasible.

depends on the environment. at a super busy bar or club, being efficient and good looking can give you an edge

at a more casual place, a pub, or restaurant, being attentive and entertaining gets the tips

I mean, results will vary depending on setting and such, but in my experience, being relatable/good at small talk and funny is best. Helpful and quick is important.

Attractive helps, but not as much for men as women. Although being a hot woman comes with a boatload of issues too.

def would just wanna be a bartender at solely a bar. No bar/restaurant type thing. Dont wanna mess with food. Purely drinks.

So you want to work until 2am or later when you're going to be in school? Not sure why you would do that to yourself. I guess it just depends on how much of each you'll be doing. Bartender means a lot of long nights though, especially if you don't want to work in a restaurant.

only 5 hours of class a day. My classes go from 8;30-2:30 each day. And really, Ive only got 3 more weeks before I graduate and start searching for jobs. So this would just be temporary.

Well in any case you would make more money than you would working retail or anything like that, pretty much guaranteed. It mostly depends on where you live though and the place you work at. If you have zero experience you might have to start as a busser too.

you sure do jump to a lot of conclusions. You seem super insecure if you honestly think seeing yourself as attractive is narcissistic lolol.

you don't need to peg me because I don't feel like being pegged at the moment.

you're not narcissistic because you are attractive (although your need to remind people might have something to do with it), don't get me wrong at all please. it's just the vibe you give off in how you write and what you talk about. don't feel too persecuted, 'I' is probably my most used word. it's probably just how some people behave on forums since they only know how to talk about themselves and what is going on with them. however I do remember the interior monologue topic you made.
