Especially by the LGBT+ fans. I know people respect his pronouns, and it's always better too, but Yamato is Yamato considered trans or what? The reason I wonder is because Yamato seems far more obsessed with just being a specific person that they read about, instead of genuinely believing they're a man? That's why I wonder On one hand either Yamato is a fairly large character in one of, if not the biggest shounen out there. On another, he is a bad joke being that Oden was so much of a man, she became one just by reading about him, or something? Yamato is a strange case and pretty much LARPing an entire other person not just identifying as a gender. Markedly different than the actual transgender character in the same arc, so its hard to say. --- move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines.
