faramir77 08/21/22 4:41:21 PM #3:	I had one last week for the first time in like a year. Absolutely brutal. It peaks about 12 to 18 hours after your last drink. If it's been at least 18 hours since your last drink, and if you REALLY think you need one, you probably can safely take an Advil. I did, and I was fine. Just don't take Tylenol, it can damage your liver if your body is still processing alcohol.
