Just do the first two steps over and over again until it feels natural. Then add the third step and repeat until it feels natural. Then just try doing the super over and over again until the inputs feel natural. Then combine all these things.

It takes practice. When you mess around with the character and the commands for the moves enough, the inputs eventually will become second nature to you.

Yeah even after watching the video demonstration I still have a hard time doing them. But after enough practice it usually just clicks

Have you tried some of the very easy-medium difficulty combos from her dustloop page? Those tend to be both pretty easy and practical, although the medium ones obviously will take a bit more practice.
