No kidding lol. I actually got an 8% this year but had I stayed in my rent house ,I would be paying atleast $1k/mo instead of the $550 I payed for 8yrs....I would be struggling to no end...bastards.

Yearly percentage raises are used by garbage employers to justify not giving employees what they actually deserve which is a hell of a lot more than 3 or 4 percent

My rent only ever went up about 3% per year. Not sure if there was a legal reason for that.
