I didn't get mine last year until November. Of course, I had to file a 1040-X (amended return) because I mailed my return just days before they changed the rule about unemployment pay being taxable. Because it took so long the IRS paid interest on the refund.

I had to pay taxes on that interest this year.

I had to do an injured spouse. But still it gets here by now.

I found out why mine has been delayed. I made a simple typo on my return, I accidentally copied a number into a line it shouldn't have been. On the back of the 1040 there's an area where you enter your tax, then there's a bunch of lines where you enter various additional taxes and credits and a running total. I didn't have any additional taxes or credits, so I just copied the tax amount and pasted into the various running total lines. Except I added one too many. The final total was correct, since it's literally the same as the first number, but it made the computer go boingy.

H&R Block says it cause theyre delayed.

Yup. I got audited. Theyll let me know whats up in 60 days. I, nor my tax preparer, did anything wrong so its just a matter of being patient and waiting another 2 months for it. Although I doubt itll take that long.
